Lisbon

As you probably guess, Portugal’s capital is also its richest city. With a metro population of 2.8 million cities, it’s by far the largest city in the entire country and that concentration of people leads to a lot of affluence. Portugal’s economic and political institutions are all located here and that, combined with the developed tourism industry leads to a lot of money being concentrated in Lisbon.
